2023 Protect Girls Sports And Private Spaces

The Democrat-controlled Nevada Assembly has decided that the Title IX protections that protect female athletes should also extend to biological males. The Dems have also pushed a last-minute provision of a bill that would punish schools for violating this rule they are trying to set up. We successfully took back control of school boards across Nevada in 2022. This bill would fine school boards who implement protections for girls’ sports $5,000 a day!

 

This bill also forces school districts to allow biological males in girls’ sports, restrooms, and locker rooms, in violation of Title IX protections enshrined in federal law.

They’ve gone after PARENTS, THEN women, and NOW elected officials.The Democrats in Carson City have proven that they will stop at nothing from implementing their nonsense on the rest of Nevada, and we CANNOT allow them to get away with it in 2024.
