Republican Central Committee Chairman’s Corner

Susan Ruch, CCRCC Chair reports from her first meeting as Chairperson.  Many items,  including passing the budget for the upcoming year, finalizing plans for Rib Fest starting May 27 at Fandango Casino, and plans for the Republican Booth at the community center for early voting were covered.

A  straw poll for the members of the Carson Republican Party and other Republicans will occur at the next general meeting at Casino Fandango on May 26, 6:30 p.m. This is intended to give voters a more manageable list of candidates to research before heading to the polls. IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT AN ENDORSEMENT OF ANY CANDIDATE BY THE REPUBLICAN PARTY OF CARSON CITY. This process is to help voters understand who the candidates are and aid in preparing for the primary and the general election. It is a must that we have the Big Red Wave in 2022. For the Rules of the process, please see the carsoncityrepublicans.com website.

Please join the Central Committee at the Rib Fest being held at Casino Fandango starting on May 27 through Memorial Day weekend. Early voting begins on May 28, be sure to vote. We need all Republicans to get out and vote in the primary.

Susan will hold office hours at CCRCC headquarters on California Street, Mondays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and on Thursdays from 2 to 5 p.m. Please stop by, have a cup of coffee, and discuss your thoughts, ideas, and concerns.

Remember: Be Sure you are a registered Republican; we are a closed state, so you must be registered as a Republican to vote for the top-down Republican candidates. You will be able to vote for non-partisan candidates if you are not a registered Republican. It is imperative that You Vote in the primary for our Republican Candidates. Once again, early voting starts on May 28.

Ronald Reagan said: “The Future does not belong to the Faint-Hearted; it belongs to the Brave.” We need you to come and join us today.

God Bless America, Nevada, and You, Susan Ruch, CCRCC Chairman
